Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 48 hours.
Domestic (Perth --> the rest of Australia)
We roast and ship Monday – Friday. Your coffee may be roasted up to 48 hours prior to it being picked up by the courier. We recommend drinking our coffee between 10 and 38 days after roasting.
Domestic orders are shipped using the Australia Parcel Post and Sendle. Standard Shipping may take up to 6 business days for interstate metro deliveries. Please check with your local post office for an estimate. Your tracking number will be emailed to you directly from the shipping partner when your order is dispatched. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact number.
All parcels are marked as 'Authority to Leave'. If you do not want this selection made, leave a comment in the comments section at checkout advising so. Please keep in mind that if no one is home to sign for the parcel, it may be delivered to your nearest parcel collection point or returned to Community Coffee Co.
We pride ourselves on roasting only the highest quality product. All our coffee undergoes a rigorous and strict quality assurance process - every single batch is tasted and tested to ensure that each and every bag of coffee we send out meets our standards. For this reason, refunds on coffee purchases cannot be guaranteed.
If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact email@example.com within 7 business days and we will resolve your issue.
For all equipment and accessories, if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange within 14 business days. If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to return it, contact us and ensure that the product is unused, and remains in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
